Dale 'Dpac' Kernachan
Suddenly as a result of a tragic accident, on july 26th 2009 aged 24 years, Dale, much loved and very special son and only child of Maria and Dave, loving fiance of Amy, loving grandson of Teresa , nephew of Rosemarie, Terry,Ricky and Mick cousin of Luke, Jamie and Wayne and good friend to many.
The Celebration of His Life will take place at 11am on Monday 3rd August at Pudsey Parish Church, followed by commital at Rawdon cremitorium.
